A minimum deposit of 50% is required at the time of booking with the balance due two weeks before arrival.

*If for whatever reason you cannot take your holiday and the booking cannot be re-let. The deposit is refundable in full for cancellations more than 4 weeks before arrival. 50% is refundable for cancellations within 2 to 4 weeks of arrival. 

Please note that any cancellations made less than two weeks before the arrival date your deposit is not refundable. We strongly recommend that you take out cancellation insurance. We will always try to re-let your cancelled accommodation.

Short breaks during Low season are offered from £225.00

Rates are inclusive of linen and towels, central heating and electricity.
The cottages are non smoking.

We regret we cannot accommodate pets in Coedmor Cottage, Coedmor Barn or Coedmor Harbour Cottage.
